About the role

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proven salesperson who wants to be part of a growth oriented, service driven organization. This role comes with an established book of business and the opportunity to grow both new and existing customer relationships by delivering Superior Quality Service (SQS).

You’ll leverage our LTL, TL, Brokerage, and Courier solutions to win new business, expand share of wallet, and solve real customer challenges. Success in this role requires strong negotiation skills, a consultative mindset, and the ability to build trusted, long term relationships. You’ll work closely with our operations and service teams to create smart, reliable solutions that deliver measurable value.

This is a field based role, operating out of our Dartmouth office, for someone who thrives on accountability, momentum, and results—and who believes exceptional service is the ultimate competitive advantage.

  • Identify and secure new accounts while growing the base.

  • Develop and sell value-based transportation solutions.

  • Provide superior quality service through every interaction.

  • Utilize CRM to build and manage a strong sales pipeline.

  • Manage the territory to balance the requirements of securing business, customer maintenance & agreement renewals.

  • Support company initiatives to drive profitable growth.

  • You have post-secondary education. A bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is preferred.

  • You have minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the transportation industry.

  • You are proficient in selling value-based solutions, organized, high energy and a self-starter.

  • You have strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of transportation operations is an asset.

  • You have a vehicle, a valid driver’s license and can travel within the territory.

Sales territory for this position covers but is not limited to:

  • Part of Dartmouth, Annapolis valley, PEI etc.
