Our client, a well-established company specializing in water treatment and water management in Joliette, is currently seeking a Production Team Leader to support operations and coordinate a team of approximately 25 employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of approximately 25 employees, as well as a Team Lead.
- Ensure work is assigned efficiently to meet production targets.
- Maintain a positive work environment and promote effective communication within the team.
- Support employees in their professional development and day-to-day success.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health and safety standards, and company procedures.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Actively participate in production activities when required.
- Perform other related duties as needed.
