Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to power a secure energy future. The Blind River refinery is part of Cameco’s Fuel Services Division.
Position and Responsibilities
As a member of the administrative team, you will support refinery departments to ensure that administrative requirements are met.
Responsibilities include performing a variety of routine and non‑routine tasks, providing back‑up coverage within the team, supporting multiple site personnel, utilizing various software applications, and contributing to departmental projects.
Key functions include clerical, data entry, organizational support, time management, effective communication, technical proficiency, schedule coordination, and adaptable problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
Education and Qualifications
Requirements of the position:

Certificate or diploma in administration, or equivalent experience in a related administration environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

Strong communication, organizational, time‑management, and interpersonal skills

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and proactively within a team environment
