What is the Opportunity?
Join Corporate Treasury Technology team as a Software Developer!
In this role, you’ll contribute to building and maintaining applications that address critical business needs, collaborating closely with IT partners across the organization. You’ll be involved in all stages of development, from design and coding to testing and deployment, while working within a well-established, dynamic team. This role offers a collaborative environment, hands-on problem-solving, and opportunities to grow while making a meaningful impact on our technology solutions.
What will you do?
- Implementing solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth deployments.
- Participating in code and design reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Providing accurate estimates for development tasks and improving efficiency over time.
- Supporting production environments, including occasional off-hours assistance for urgent issues.
What do you need to Succeed?
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Prior work experience as a Developer or Technical Systems Analyst is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python and RDBMS (e.g., MySQL), Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Shell)., Basic understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (e.g., Java)., Exposure to functional programming concepts.
- Involvement in developing and implementing applications for business stakeholders.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions involving servers and databases.
- Self-starter with initiative, capable of owning projects and driving them to completion.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with SCM tools such as GitHub and DevOps pipelines
- Working knowledge of Confluence and/or Jira
- Exposure to schedulers such as Stonebranch or Airflow
- Know-how on Snowflake, Cloud and/ or Gen AI concepts
