Order Processing & Account Receivable Administrator
About the role
Job Summary: The Order Processing & AR Administrator is responsible for order entry processing and accounts receivable functions.
Tasks and Responsibilities: Order Entry Process orders in Sage, as per company policies & procedures Respond to questions & issues as they arise regarding orders, shipping, special terms & conditions, etc. Process customer invoices Process credits & equipment returns Update and maintain customer master file information in SAGE. Process customer credit card payments Accounts Receivable Process credit evaluations using EDC and D&B. Monitor and maintain AR aging Contact customers regarding payment and outstanding balances. Process deposits in Sage for incoming payments Perform Account reconciliation and adjustments Update credit limit information in Sage Additional related duties as required: Execute additional tasks upon request
Professional and Personal Requirements: DEC in a relevant field. 1 year in a similar position Knowledge of SAGE (Sage 300) an asset Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and French Willingness to pitch in and help when necessary. Ability to perform and excel in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and punctuality. Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently. Ability to multi-task, with adaptability & flexibility to change.
