##QUALITY DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST
###MAIN FUNCTIONS
Role Overview
A Quality Documentation Specialist plays a key role in creating, managing, and updating documents for the Quality Department of LBDS. The individual in this role will work with various departments and business units to ensure that documents are accurate, accessible, and comply with industry standards and company policies. This role requires attention to detail and knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with the Quality Assurance group to develop, maintain, revise and organize controlled documents.

Maintain a centralized repository for documents with version control to ensure stakeholders have access to the latest version of documents.

Evaluate test results against specifications for product acceptance. Issue certificate of analysis and certificate of conformance for products as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the LBDS business unit and across other Lallemand entities to gather and organize necessary documentation.

Support documentation requests from internal and external customers.
###TECHNICAL SKILLS
Required
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Life Sciences, or related discipline
- A minimum of two years of experience in Quality Assurance or Document Management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests and priorities simultaneously
An asset
- Experience in food regulatory, quality, or compliance is a plus
