About the role
Summary:
In this role, you will provide hands-on engineering support to manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production of RF products and rapid resolution of technical challenges.
What You'll Do:
- Provide day-to-day technical support to production lines
- Assist with scaling new product designs into manufacturing environments
- Review and maintain production documentation to ensure accuracy
- Complete first article inspections and validate component quality
- Collaborate with Engineering to process ECOs and design revisions
- Troubleshoot failures involving electrical components and assemblies
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts related to quality and efficiency
What You'll Bring:
- Post-secondary education in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- Experience with RF testing or high-frequency systems (preferred)
- Exposure to:
- MRP systems and ECO processes
- ISO-compliant manufacturing environments
- Electrical assemblies and documentation
- ESD-safe practices
- Understanding of Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is an asset
