Responsabilités du poste : commis comptable
- Assurer la facturation client et la validation des informations financières conformément aux procédures internes.
- Gérer les encaissements, l’application des paiements et les conciliations associées.
- Effectuer le suivi des comptes clients, incluant la mise à jour des dossiers et la gestion des soldes en souffrance.
- Produire des rapports financiers périodiques et contribuer aux analyses liées aux comptes recevables.
- Fournir un soutien administratif et interservices, incluant la participation aux clôtures périodiques et l’appui aux besoins opérationnels.
Qualifications requises : commis comptable
- DEP en comptabilité ou expérience pertinente
- 1 an d’expérience dans un domaine similaire
- Bonne maitrise de la suite office
- Anglais intermédiaire (écrit seulement pour communiquer avec les clients anglophones)
