Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist

Job ID: 925 Location: Remote-Fulltime Team: CRO Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 EST Salary: Salary depends on experience As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our digital presence to drive higher conversion rates and improve overall user experience. You will be responsible for analyzing website and digital marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing data-driven strategies to increase conversion rates, boost user engagement, and ultimately enhance our online presence.

Responsibilities

Conversion Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of website and digital marketing performance using various analytics tools to identify conversion bottlenecks and opportunities.

A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize web pages, landing pages, and marketing campaigns for higher conversion rates.

User Experience (UX) Optimization: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to enhance the user experience, ensuring that web and mobile interfaces are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with CRO goals.

Content Optimization: Optimize website content, including copy, images, videos, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Conversion Funnel Analysis: Analyze and optimize the entire conversion funnel, from initial user engagement to conversion, and implement strategies to reduce drop-off rates at each stage.

Landing Page Development: Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns, focusing on high conversion rates and message alignment.

Keyword and SEO Analysis: Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure that landing pages and website content are optimized for both search engines and user conversion.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to make informed recommendations and track the success of CRO initiatives over time.

Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and monitor competitors' strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.

Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular reports on CRO performance to key stakeholders, including insights, recommendations, and results.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in CRO, A/B testing, and web analytics.

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Hotjar, or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.

Knowledge of SEO principles and their impact on CRO.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS and content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.

A/B testing and CRO certifications are a plus.
