We’re Hiring!
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team for an 18-month maternity leave coverage. This role is all about supporting our people and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires and make sure everything is ready for their first day.
- Organize training and certifications for employees and keep records up to date.
- Manage drug and alcohol testing and other project compliance requirements.
- Maintain employee data in our HR systems and help improve processes.
- Support performance management, training, and development programs.
- Jump in on projects and help where needed—teamwork is key here!
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with UKG, WorkHub and M365 products, especially Excel and SharePoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others succeed.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Previous HR education and/or experience is an asset, but we value initiative and a willingness to learn.
