Scope Trench Limited is looking for a seasoned SAP subject matter expert to provide day-to-day support for SAP users across various departments, resolving issues and ensuring system stability. The selected candidate must be able to split their time between our Scarborough and Pickering facilities.

Your Tasks:

  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP users across various departments, resolving issues and ensuring system stability.
  • Handle first and second level support tickets related to SAP logistics modules SD, MM, PP, WM, QM.
  • Collaborate with key users to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation for enhancements and customizing changes.
  • Support data mass maintenance, system upgrades, and patch implementations.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external SAP Specialists to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and propose SAP process optimizations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
  • Utilize ABAP programming for custom reports, enhancements, and debugging when necessary.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP logistics modules (SD, MM, PP, WM, QM).
  • Strong understanding of SAP business processes and integration with 3 rd -party systems.
  • Proven experience with SAP support processes, including incident and change management.
  • Experience in project coordination or management and project management tools and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of ABAP programming is considered an asset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
