Accounts Payable Clerk
Full-Time Support Staff (3 Month Contract)
Reporting to the Manager, Budgeting & Accounting, the Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support. This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures, preparing financial information and processing journal entries. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that the University finances are accurate, up to date, and that staff and vendors are paid in a timely and appropriate manner based on established time limits.
The successful candidate will have a three-year diploma in Business Administration or Accounting from a recognized college, along with at least three years of experience in accounts payable, financial services, or a related role.
