Tasks Your main tasks include, among others:

Leading the technical aircraft delivery process and coordinate with the customer acceptance team

Single point of contact for assigned APIP Key Accounts. Coordinate and solve customer inquiries with OEM
-
Secure completion of the APIP reports including weekly status e-mails for the assigned APIP Key Accounts
-
Evaluating the consequences of non-conformities during the production which might have an impact on the operation, maintenance or value retention of the aircraft
-
Performance of FAL tasks:
-
Acceptance of Aircraft Areas on behalf of the APIP customer (Airline/ Leasing Company)
-
Evaluation of findings in regards to future impact/ risk to the customer
-
Initiation and final acceptance of corrective action including proper documentation
-
All other duties as assigned or required

Requirements If you want to be the next Aircraft Production Inspector , you must fulfill the following requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- College degree/vocational training required
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- At least 10 years of experience in the desired field, preferably line- and/or base- maintenance
- Cat B1 / B2 preferred, Cat C is a plus
- Fluency in English language required
- Extensive knowledge of aircraft systems, aircraft structure, and cabin required
- Knowledge of Aircraft reliability, fleet management, maintenance organization advantageous
- B1/B2 License desirable
- MS Office and web applications as user
- Excellent safety and security
- Willingness to travel
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to work shifts
- Manage high stress levels
- Outdoor weather conditions
- Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S.
