- Coordinate and communicate with trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor project progress, address issues proactively, and resolve on-site challenges as they arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, permits, and local regulations in Sudbury.
- Act as the primary point of contact between site activities and project management teams.
- Promote a safe and efficient work environment by enforcing health and safety protocols.

Profile
A successful Site Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience in construction site supervision, particularly in the light industrial and commercial new buildings industry.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with construction technology and project management software is an asset.
