Some of what you will do As the Shipper & Receiver, Reverse Logistics, you will be primarily responsible for the receiving of inbound product and the shipping of all outbound product. This role also must maintain inventory accountability through the proper binning and counting of all product in the facility. Each day will be fast-paced, challenging, rewarding and meaningful.
Specifically, You Will
- Coordinate inbound product flow to the Product Specialists, and preparing and shipping of outbound shipments to eCommerce customers.
- Execute key receiving of inbound transfers from stores and DCs.
- Print receiving documents, outstanding transfer reports and confirmation reports on a daily basis.
- Verify all received product against the transfer / e-mail request.
- Ensure that all inbound product receives the proper identifying label used to track that product through OMS. The label is placed in a clear and easy to read area.
- Develop and maintain an efficient filing system for inbound transfer paperwork, courier forms, bills of lading and all outgoing products.
- Perform BIN or skid recounts as needed
- Sort all inbound shipments as needed, either at point of entry (UPS) or for proper scanning of product to determine if RTV’able or not.
- Ensure all out going product is to be properly documented and labeled according to company standards.
- Responsible for the safe keeping of assets and performing the job in the most cost-effective manner. Extreme care is taken for all outbound shipments to avoid miss-ships and potential company shrink.
- Properly secure company assets and physical inventory.
- Follow company procedures regarding security of store keys, locks, and secured doors.
- Follow company procedures regarding the security of all facility product.
- Responsible for the security of the receiving area when the Supervisor is not available.
Qualifications Some of what you need- One year previous experience preferred.
- Successfully completed high school.
- Excellent telephone and e-mail etiquette, according to company standards.

Additional Information - Conditions may cause physical discomfort due to significant exposure to uncontrollable temperature, noise from delivery trucks, fumes from trucks, dirt & dust. Due to your direct contact with delivery trucks, there is higher risk of personal injury if you are not practicing safe working habits.
- A significant output of physical effort is required through lifting, bending, pulling, twisting, etc.
- Conditions exist where you may not be able to choose when to stop for a period of two consecutive hours, due to the continual receipt of deliveries, and or outbound shipment preparation.
- Required to work a varying work schedule in order to meet the needs of the business. This would include working evenings and weekends as directed by management.
