This position requires ability to pass security clearance, specialized testing and ability to drive a marked vehicle. This role will see you providing an exceptional customer service experience to while ensuring staff, patrons and contractors remain safe. Responsibilities for a Security Guard
- Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
- Verify identities and control access to secure areas
- React quickly to threats or incidents
- Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
- Document incidents and actions taken
- Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
- Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
Qualifications for a Security Guard
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid security license
- First aid certification
- Ability to stand and walk entire shift
