About the role
We have an immediate opening for Inside Sales & Support. This position will play an integral role in communicating with clients in the region. The ideal candidate would have experience in a similar position and have a professional manner with the ability to deal with a diverse group of people.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients to receive purchase orders and product inquiries
- Create Customer Orders
- Expedite orders by communicating with scheduling, production and shipping
- Monitor status of orders to ensure delivery timelines are on track
- Keep clients updated on the status of orders
- Prepare customer quotes as needed
- Manage customer relationships
- Other administration duties as required
Education and Experience:
- Completed post-secondary education in business related field or equivalent experience
- Sales experience in the wheel/tire industry or service/parts industry an asset
Other Skills & Abilities
- Self-directed, resourceful, motivated and results oriented
- Flexible at prioritizing workload to meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a diverse group of people and ability to deal with challenging situations
- Strong attention to detail
- Adaptable, flexible and able to work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Sound judgment and decision-making ability
- Mechanical aptitude an asset
