We’re looking for a Shop Operations Lead (Shop Foreman) who leads by example and empowers our technicians to thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations in the service department
• Provide hands-on support with diagnostics and complex repairs
• Coach and guide technicians toward consistent performance
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts teams
