About the Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator Ro****le:
The Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day receiving, inventory control, and shipping activities to ensure smooth material flow across the organization. This role manages incoming materials, maintains accurate inventory, and supports efficient warehouse operations. In addition, the role supports outbound shipping and provides backup coverage for the Shipping Coordinator to ensure all orders are processed and shipped on time.
What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate and receive incoming shipments, from small parcels to large multi-crate deliveries
- Verify quantities and documentation, report discrepancies or delays to the appropriate teams
- Plan and prepare storage locations for incoming materials to maintain workflow efficiency
- Maintain organized and accessible inventory across warehouse locations
- Process inventory transactions and perform cycle counts and inventory checks
- Operate a forklift to move, store, and organize materials safely and efficiently
- Support daily shipping activities, including preparing documentation and coordinating pickups
- Track shipments and update status as required
- Coordinate deliveries and pickups with carriers
- Maintain clear, safe, and efficient warehouse and production flow
What You Bring to the Table
- You are a reliable and detail-oriented operator who takes ownership of your work and understands the importance of accuracy and flow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a dynamic, changing environment
- Clear and professional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and follow through without direct supervision
- Experience in warehouse operations including forklift operation
- Understanding of inventory handling and storage best practices
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting and moving materials
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
