What You’ll Lead
- Own the floor – run the show from molten metal to finished billet with authority and presence.
- Drive breakthrough performance – optimize yield, crush downtime, and raise the quality bar.
- Inspire teams – lead supervisors, union crews, and technical experts to the next level.
- Champion safety + compliance – no compromises, just excellence.
- Innovate constantly – spearhead improvements, scrap reduction, and recovery gains.

Who You Are
- A seasoned leader in aluminum casting, metallurgy, or heavy manufacturing — OR a rising star who knows you’re ready for the big chair.
- A Process, Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineer
- 7–10 years of progressive industry experience (minimum 3 in leadership).
- Sharp technical mind with deep knowledge of casting, scrap management, and quality systems .
- Skilled at leading in unionized environments.
- Hungry for impact, with the courage to make decisions that matter.
