About The Role

Under the supervision of the Manager, Business Solutions, the Supply Chain Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain and distribution operations. This position involves collecting, analyzing, and transforming complex operational data into insightful reports that enable strategic decision-making. The analyst will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency, develop key performance indicators (KPIs), and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a strong command of advanced analytical tools and the ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels. This hybrid position offers a dynamic environment where analytical expertise directly impacts the company’s operational success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in supply chain analysis or related roles Bilingual proficiency in French and English Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and principles Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, and SQL Knowledge of Power BI for report development and data visualization Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly

Responsibilities

Perform and deliver analyses related to supply chain processes to support operational decision-making Collect, consolidate, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability Develop and communicate KPIs to relevant stakeholders within established timelines Collaborate with internal teams to understand business drivers and define analytical requirements Perform data entry, maintenance, and quality checks to support ongoing reporting activities Support supply chain and distribution teams with ad hoc analysis and reporting tasks Update and maintain existing Power BI reports to reflect current data and business needs
