We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Service Advisor to support the efficient receipt, processing, and return of goods brought in for repair, maintenance, or upgrade. This role plays a critical part in creating a professional and friendly environment while ensuring smooth operations within our Service Department.

What You Will Be Doing
Receive all incoming items for repair or service, accurately record customer information and concerns, and clearly explain service processes. Open, manage, and close work orders in a timely and organized manner. Ensure that all relevant information is collected and provided to the service technicians.
Arrange logistics for equipment into and out of the service department
Maintain communication with customer during the work and ensure a perfect delivery of the completed job
Required Skills
Our ideal candidate has some of the following skills
Mechanical aptitude, including understanding of basic mechanical systems
Familiarity with agriculture and large ag equipment Ability to provide above average customer service on the phone and in person Ability to shift priorities and switch tasks Organized, detail oriented, and great follow up skills Typing 30 wpm+ Familiar with computerized operations, Microsoft Office programs, able to learn new systems Adaptable: Demonstrated ability to continuously learn new things and apply new information Current driver's license and clean abstract are required
Required Experience
High school completion, post secondary training would be an asset
Technical/mechanical qualifications would be an asset Excellent customer service and customer relationship skills Cheerful disposition, positive "can do" attitude, good public presentation 1-3 years experience in a busy Service Center or Repair Shop would be an asset
