Your future duties and responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Own and drive full-cycle recruitment across multiple business units, from sourcing to offer negotiation
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand needs, influence decisions, and deliver top talent
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across diverse channels (referrals, headhunting, social, events, and more)
• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines and professional networks
• Champion a seamless, high-quality candidate experience through every stage
• Contribute fresh ideas and continuously improve how we attract and hire talent
• Represent CGI at recruitment events and in the external market
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across recruitment systems and processes

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

What You Bring

• 5+ years of full-cycle IT recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality
• Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and business stakeholders
• Creative, proactive sourcing mindset across multiple channels
• Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills
• A collaborative, results-driven approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60,000–$115,000. This role is an existing vacancy.
