About the role
TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Technical Analyst Job Description: Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills
- 5-7 years of a technical analyst with experience in project management, technical project management, or program coordination.
- Experience supporting security, compliance, or technology risk initiatives (e.g., vulnerability remediation, EOL tracking, platform upgrades).
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Experience with advanced Excel, Power BI, or SQL. Nice to Have Skills
- Prior experience working directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience in regulated financial environments. Soft Skills Required
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Ability to escalate appropriately and communicate with executives.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in fast paced, technical environments. Education & Certificates
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
