Job Description

As a receptionist at Nuovo Artistic Photography, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication between departments and with our guests over the phone. We’re seeking highly motivated and organized individuals who have a knack for multitasking and maintaining shifting priorities, all while delivering an exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Respond to all incoming inquiries via phone, email and text message across 8 studio locations.
• Act as the central point of contact for guests and studio staff to ensure all HQ and studio operations run smoothly.
• Mediating conflicts and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinating regularly between photographers, makeup artists, consultants, retouchers and after-service team to provide timely updates and support seamless workflow.
• Independently resolve client inquiries and ensure timely, effective solutions.
• Manage appointment confirmations and follow-up communications.
• Process client payments and refunds accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years professional experience in guest services, administration or reception.
• Strong over-the-phone communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English. (Spanish is an asset)
• Strong computer skills and knowledge.
• Highly attentive to detail - easily catching small mistakes and typos.
• Empathetic and a solution-driven approach to resolving escalated issues.
• Full-time availability.
• Available to work weekends.
