About the Opportunity

Are you enthusiastic about contributing to a vibrant workplace culture and making a difference? We are looking for a proactive and enthusiasticHR Generalistto join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting various HR functions while fostering a positive work environment.

More specifically, some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including creating and promoting job postings, scheduling and conducting interviews and reference checks, presenting employment offers and completing the bonding application.

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS, ensuring all data is current and secure.

• Support the People & Culture team in various administrative task such as reporting, filing, and data management.

• Ensure all necessary paperwork and policy documents are completed and filed appropriately.

• Provide backup support for payroll processing and benefits administration as needed, ensuring timely and accurate payroll distribution.

• Support the People & Culture Manager in implementing employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and policy development.

• Respond to employee inquiries and address concerns promptly and professionally.

• Assist in organizing company events and activities that promote a positive workplace culture.

• Participate in the Social Committee and Occupational Health and Safety Committee.

More About You

In order to qualify for this role, you will need**over 2 years'****experience in HR, specifically in recruitment and administration.**A degree, diploma or certificate in Human Resources is an asset.

As our ideal candidate, you will possess effective communication skills, experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems, and a solid foundation of knowledge in employment laws and regulations. Additionally, you will demonstrate excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
