We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and dedicated Temporary Part Time Finance Clerk to join our team reporting to the VP of Finance and Payroll.

Responsibilities:

  • The Finance Clerk will assist in coding, matching and batching, and processing high volume of accounts payable.
  • Reconciliation of Vendor’s statements and payable balance sheet accounts.
  • Intermediate to advanced accurate data entry skills are critical for success in this role.
  • Good knowledge of our accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • SAGE software experience is considered an asset.
  • Will also be helping with filing into the Finance Filing Cabinets as well as the archived Finance Room.

Duties will also include assisting with other accounting functions and special projects within the finance department.

All successful candidates must have, prior to start date:

  • A current and clear Criminal Records Check with Vulnerable Sector Check that has been obtained no more than 90 calendar days prior to the hire date.
