About the Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of assigned electric utility projects from early planning through construction and closeout. You will have accountability for scope, schedule, cost, and safety outcomes, and will provide leadership to project team members throughout the project lifecycle.

What You Will Do
- Lead the development of project scope, cost estimates, schedules, funding approvals, and success measures
- Manage project execution, including progress tracking, change management, and issue resolution
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, and construction activities across multiple project teams
- Ensure projects meet safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality requirements
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans, managing risks and contingencies throughout delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, contractors, customers, and regulators regarding project scope, schedule, and budget
- Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery practices
What You Bring
- A degree or diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Professional Engineer or Registered Engineering Technologist designation is preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is required
- Five or more years of project management experience, preferably in utilities, infrastructure, or construction environments
- Experience working with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Knowledge of safety requirements, contracts, procurement processes, and project controls
- Experience using project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Unifier, or SharePoint
