JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sales Manager oversees the sales and coordination team, ensuring client satisfaction and budgetary success through leadership, coaching, and process improvement..

Salary Pay Range $85,000.00 - $115,000.00

Responsibilities

  • Manage team performance, productivity, and quality.
  • Recruit and select team members in collaboration with HR.
  • Contribute to departmental program and project design and implementation.
  • Manage gross margin and minimize preventable costs.
  • Ensure team knowledge of manufacturer programs and market competitiveness.

Skills

  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related discipline or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

Experience

7+ years of experience, of which at least 2 leading a team

Physical Demands

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and looking at a computer screen.
  • Occasional bending, reaching, stooping, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
  • Ability to read written instructions and documentation.
