About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing OEM business unit within a well-established manufacturing company. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to an international business line focused on managing technical projects from initial quote through to delivery.

The ideal candidate will bring a structured, organized attitude while remaining flexible and adaptable to evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical orders end-to-end, including specifications, drawings, logistics, documentation, and scheduling
  • Coordinate effectively with engineering teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of data within our ERP system (Epicor Kinetic)
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and timelines
  • Identify process inefficiencies and work collaboratively to implement improvements
  • Support occasional travel requirements for supplier visits, deliveries, or project-related activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering (mechanical, electrical, or related discipline)
  • 0 to 5 years of relevant experience, including co-op, internship, or early professional roles. Company willing to train
  • Experience participating in university engineering design teams (e.g., Formula SAE, Baja SAE, Solar Car) is highly valued
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with ERP systems (particularly Epicor) and supplier coordination is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and contribute positively to a dynamic business environment
