Role Overview:

• Haus Metal Flashing fabrication & Supply:

• Perform takeoff highlighted sets on bid projects, supply only, for bidders list on public bids.

• Perform order specific calculated price for individual direct requests from clients (as volume increases).

• Coping Division Supply/Fabricate/Install:

• Perform takeoff highlighted sets on bid projects direct to client.

• Perform takeoff highlighted sets on bid projects direct to subs (prime contractor would be a waterproofing or roofing company without an existing internal metal shop or installers).

• Lead Generation:

• Identify leads using existing lead generating resources or via direct requests from clients

• Plot and track new leads, start dates of projects, client information.

• Contact new leads and turn to Opportunities that can be estimated and sold.

• Use cross-company sales team resource to effectively sell to existing clients.

• Other duties as they may be assigned from time to time.
