About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Security Program Manager to lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives that enhance enterprise resilience and support secure digital transformation. In this role, you will partner with engineering, infrastructure, cloud, product, and business teams to deliver high-impact security programs while ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements, and evolving cyber risks. This position requires a combination of technical security knowledge, program leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive execution across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale cybersecurity programs from planning through successful execution across multiple business units. Coordinate security initiatives involving cloud security, identity and access management, infrastructure security, application security, and governance. Develop comprehensive program plans, milestones, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps. Collaborate with engineering, IT, security architects, compliance, legal, and business leaders to ensure seamless execution. Drive implementation of enterprise security capabilities including identity modernization, cloud security controls, vulnerability remediation, and security automation. Establish governance processes, conduct steering committee meetings, and provide executive-level program updates. Monitor program health, identify delivery risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Measure program success through operational metrics, security KPIs, risk indicators, and executive dashboards. Lead organizational change initiatives to improve adoption of security technologies, processes, and best practices. Promote continuous improvement by enhancing delivery frameworks, governance standards, and PMO processes.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related discipline. 7+ years of experience managing enterprise technology or cybersecurity programs.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains such as

Cloud Security Identity & Access Management (IAM) Infrastructure Security Application Security Vulnerability Management Security Governance Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity standards and industry frameworks including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, or equivalent. Experience managing enterprise risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery schedules. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical teams and executive leadership. Experience using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar project management tools.
