About the role

Our Digital Operations team plays a key role in CTB’s digital evolution. Digital channels, customer acquisition, and customer experience are constantly transforming, and we thrive on challenging the status quo to uncover new capabilities, new insights, and new efficiencies.

We partner closely with IT, Business, and Product teams to ensure our digital channels—across web and mobile—are reliable, continuously improving, and delivering experiences that strengthen relationships with Canadians.

What You’ll Do:

The Operations Analyst, Digital Banking supports the day-to-day operational excellence of our digital ecosystem. In this enhanced role, you’ll apply analytical thinking, strong technical aptitude, and modern digital tools to monitor, validate, and optimize our website and mobile app.

You will use emerging technologies, advanced analytics platforms, and new workflow capabilities to uncover insights, detect friction points, validate data quality, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve customer experience and business performance.

  • Provide daily operational support for digital experience and acquisition related functions.
  • Monitor digital properties to identify issues, user experience gaps, data discrepancies, or technical concerns.
  • Perform frontend testing, validation, and release night quality checks during production deployments.
  • Leverage Power BI to create dashboards, automate reporting, and generate insights—using enhanced capabilities including Copilot-powered connections and data modeling.
  • Apply expert-level knowledge of Quantum Metric to analyze customer behavior, identify experience friction, and recommend improvements.
  • Use emerging technologies, modern analytics tools, and new operational capabilities to accelerate research and insight generation.
  • Recommend new approaches, processes, or technologies that enhance our digital operational effectiveness.
  • Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and vendor partners to ensure alignment of functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Participate in project discussions, requirements gathering, sprint planning, and prioritization decisions.
  • Document processes, create maintenance routines, and maintain accurate operational logs and tracking systems.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, IT, and Digital Operations to support modernization initiatives and continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

  • Expert knowledge of Quantum Metric, including journey analysis, session replay, segmentation, and friction detection.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard creation, and integrating Power BI with Copilot to enhance insight generation and workflow automation.
  • Ability to craft and optimize AI prompts, from basic instructions to advanced multi-step strategies, and apply practical AI/LLM skills to streamline workflows, analyze data, and enhance content and operations.
  • Experience with digital analytics tools such as GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio (Data Studio), or equivalent.
  • Experience with web content and front-end tools (AEM, HTML, CSS).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with modern digital marketing technologies and customer acquisition concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
  • Bonus: Experience working with new and emerging technologies that enhance insight generation, automation, or digital operations.
  • Curious and investigative, able to find opportunities even in complex or ambiguous environments.
  • An effective communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptable, creative, and comfortable navigating rapid technological change.
  • A self-starter who can quickly dive into tasks with minimal direction.
  • Action-oriented with the ability to take informed risks that improve the customer experience.
  • A strong critical thinker who uses data to drive clarity, insight, and measurable improvements.
  • Collaborative and capable of building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Broadband Salary Range: $53,000 – $88,000 CAD
Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $70,000 CAD. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
