Corporate Business Partner – Project Manager

As aProject Manager, you will be at the heart of project success, driving objectives related to schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
You will work in a collaborative and stimulating environment, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external partners. You will play a key role in risk management, continuous improvement, and compliance with regulatory requirements, while actively contributing to the company’s performance and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the achievement of project objectives (schedule, scope, cost, quality) while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
- Define, implement, and lead the project team/organization throughout all project phases, including team members from other functions (matrix organizations).
- Ensure effective integration of lessons learned.
- Actively manage risks, opportunities, and contracts (internal or external).
- Ensure effective management of partners and suppliers.
- This role requires constant awareness of potential compliance risks and a strong commitment to act with integrity, which are foundational to the Company’s success, reputation, and sustainable growth.
Profile Sought
**Education:**University degree in Engineering (Industrial), Project Management, or a related field.
**Certification:**PMP certification (strong asset).
**Experience:**Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
**Technical Expertise:**Strong understanding of aerospace development and industrial operations.
**Analytical Skills:**Proven ability in complex planning and operational problem-solving.
**Software:**Advanced proficiency with Google Suite and other planning management tools (assets: Planisware, QlikSense, etc.).
**Skills:**Strong organizational and time management skills; autonomous and proactive.
**Languages:**Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written).
