Your Mission To support the Creative Services department by designing engaging, responsive digital assets that enhance our website and digital platforms. You’ll collaborate Website Operations and Marketing to ensure a consistent user experience that aligns with our branding and marketing initiatives.

In This Role You Will
- Assist in creating digital graphics, icons, banners, and other imagery to support website content, UI/UX, and digital campaigns.
- Help ensure design work adheres to brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Support developers and UI/UX leads by providing design assets and learning how they are integrated into websites and applications.
- Assist in preparing and exporting assets optimized for performance across devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh design ideas for web and digital campaigns.
- Assist with implementing design assets into websites and maintaining visual consistency.
- Stay current with web and design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve skills.
- Support day-to-day departmental tasks as needed.

This role might be right for you if you have/are:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Web Design, Graphic Design, Interactive Media, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of design principles (layout, color, typography).
- Basic understanding of responsive design and preparing assets for web.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) or Figma.
- Academic projects or a portfolio that showcase your design abilities (0–1 year of experience is sufficient).
You’ll Be Successful In This Position If You
- Are an enthusiastic, innovative individual who cares about sustainability
- Look for ways to have a meaningful impact on your team's work
- Thrive in a team environment but can also work independently
- Are eager to learn about web design, branding, and user experience
