SummaryReporting to the Service Manager, the Service Technician will be responsible for providing exceptional service for the department. The applicant will be measured based on hours produced, CSI scores, and other metrics. In return we offer paid training to be a Certified Hyundai Technician, exceptional flat rate pay plan and benefits. Preference to applicants with the following experiences but will also train the right candidate with the right attitude:

• Fully licensed/certified Automotive Service Technician in good standing with the Ontario College of Trades (Required)
• 3 years experience as a fully-licensed technician
• A/C Licensed or willing to obtain within 6 months (Required)
• Hybrid experience (preferred)
• Hyundai experience (preferred)

Duties include but not limited to:

• Performing repairs as assigned
• Road test vehicles and test automotive systems and components
• Proper vehicle inspection, assessments and diagnostic of faults
• Coach and instruct apprentices
• Proper written documentation of all work performed (CP and Warranty)
• Other duties as needed

A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract is required. Applicant must also be able to drive a manual vehicle. Must be able to work Saturdays as needed.
