The bigger picture
We're looking for two hardworking member service ambassadors - one permanent, and one temporary - who love lending a helping hand to come on board as our Document Management Representatives in Regina. In this role you will be providing our internal partners with content services and advice. This will include preparing letters on behalf of Conexus and internal partners as well as ensuring accurate distribution of interoffice mail.
How you’ll be spending your time
- Imaging & classifying documents in OnBase
- Generating, printing and preparing letters
- Sorting and distributing interoffice mail

- 1 year customer service experience and/or 1 year administrative support experience
- Content services experience
- Proven ability to identify efficiencies
- Effective business writing skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Salary Range
$41,770 - 49,140 with 6% Short Term Incentive Target
