About the role

Keel Mind is looking for a seasoned Technical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind the continued successful releases of our web-based applications and features. You'll take full ownership of the project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, and work with multiple teams to ensure we hit our goals. This position is perfect for a leader who can navigate complex project landscapes and ensure our best practices are always followed.

Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Drive the project from inception to completion, establishing a clear baseline and defining deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all team members.
  • Agile & Scrum Mastery: Ensure best practices and defined project management standards are adhered to, including for scoping, planning, risk management, and quality assurance.
  • Resource & Vendor Management: Secure the necessary resources to execute the project plan and work closely with our internal engineering, operations, and design teams, as well as external software development teams.
  • Execution & Delivery: Drive project execution, proactively resolving blockers and owning change management. You'll also assign and oversee daily tasks to ensure all team members are working towards established milestones.
  • Communication & Reporting: Conduct regular meetings to track progress and address challenges. You'll prepare and provide periodic updates and status reports to various stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Documentation & Handover: Create and maintain all project documentation, manage UAT and production releases with the release manager, and ensure a smooth handover to our operational support teams.

Qualifications****and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business (if spent 5+ years in software development/SaaS), or a related field.

  • 5+ years of engineering, product, project management and related experience.

  • Software development outsourcing and vendor management experience.

  • Expertise in managing scrum teams and agile software development.

  • Strong familiarity with project management software (Jira, Monday), methodologies, and best practices.

  • Proven ability to complete projects according to the outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Experience working with SaaS solutions, preferably in the healthcare industry would be a bonus.
