Ils/Elles offrent des expériences enrichissantes, ancrées dans la méthode Pilates classique tout en y intégrant une approche moderne et dynamique. Chaque séance est soigneusement construite pour renforcer, aligner et revitaliser les participants. Our Pilates instructors are skilled, caring, and passionate. They deliver enriching experiences rooted in classical Pilates, while incorporating a modern and dynamic approach. Each session is thoughtfully designed to strengthen, align, and revitalize participants. Through their unique style and expertise, they inspire our members to return again and again.

Requirements:
A passion for movement and wellness
Recognized certification in Mat Pilates
Experience teaching group classes
