What to Expect:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Mississauga office. In this role, you will collaborate with business partners to assess current processes and leverage Microsoft tools to enhance automation, accuracy, integration, and overall efficiency. A core focus will be utilizing Microsoft SharePoint for effective collaboration, document management, and seamless integration with other Microsoft solutions.
A day in the life:
- Collaborate with business partners to understand current processes and pain points.
- Analyze and document workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Leverage Microsoft tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Excel, Teams) to streamline and automate tasks.
- Design and implement solutions that enhance data accuracy, integration, and validation using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Office 365
- Simplify complex processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Test and refine digital solutions to ensure reliability and usability.
- Provide basic training or documentation to support adoption of new tools.
- Communicate progress and outcomes clearly to stakeholders.

Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint for collaboration, document management, and integration with other Microsoft tools.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools—especially Power Automate for process automation and workflow optimization.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and their role in business process improvement.
- Proficiency with Power BI and Power Query for data transformation and visualization and report publishing
- Basic understanding of DAX and SQL for data modeling and validation.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into digital solutions.
- Strong communication and documentation skills to support stakeholder engagement and solution adoption.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in SharePoint configuration, SharePoint workflow, and Power Automate
- Proficiency Basic knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with MS Office VBA
