-**Your decisions keep things on track:**Crew Schedulers play a critical role in ensuring flights depart safely and on time, making this a high-stakes, high-impact position. -**Every minute matters:**This role demands sharp focus, rapid prioritization, and the ability to stay composed under constant time pressure. -**You won’t do it alone:**Success depends on collaboration, with Crew Schedulers relying on clear communication and teamwork to navigate complex logistics.
Key duties
- Act as the primary point of contact for cabin crew, supporting a dynamic and collaborative team.
- Schedule flight attendants in compliance with the CUPE collective agreement.
- Analyze and resolve scheduling irregularities efficiently.
- Prepare and optimize the next day's operations.
- Interpret and adhere to the CUPE collective agreement to ensure smooth scheduling processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Solid decision-making ability in high pressure situations;
- An effective multi-tasker;
- Strong interpersonal communication skills;
- Attention to details – Demonstrated ability to monitor flight attendants' schedules and make corrections when needed;
- Good computer skills; Amadeus or industry software is an asset;
- Airline experience is an asset;
- Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment;
- Candidates must be available for shift work in a 24/7 operational environment, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays;
- Must successfully complete and pass a mandatory full-time, paid 3 month training program to maintain employment;

Conditions of Employment:
Candidates must be eligible to work in the country of interest at the time any offer of employment is made and are responsible for obtaining any required work permits, visas, or other authorizations necessary for employment. Prior to their start date, candidates will also need to provide proof of their eligibility to work in the country of interest.
Linguistic Requirements
Candidate must speak French and English fluently. A linguistic test will be scheduled before the interview.
