About the Opportunity
Parker Huggett is conducting an exclusive search on behalf of a leading Canadian contractor that is transforming how major ICI projects are delivered in the GTA. With over $2 billion in newly awarded collaborative contracts, including Alliance and Progressive Design-Build models, this firm is moving beyond traditional procurement and into a smarter, more integrated approach to construction.
This is a strategic opportunity for a Senior Estimator to play a central role in shaping project outcomes from the earliest stages. You’ll be embedded in a team that values collaboration, transparency, and innovation, where estimators are not just pricing projects, but helping define how they’re built.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Lead estimating efforts for large-scale ICI projects under collaborative delivery models such as Alliance and Progressive Design-Build
- Engage directly with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop scope, budgets, and delivery strategies
- Analyze project risks, market conditions, and cost trends to support informed decision-making
- Mentor junior estimators and contribute to a high-performance team culture.
- Participate in preconstruction planning sessions that influence design, schedule, and execution
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
- 8+ years of experience in ICI estimating, with exposure to collaborative or alternative delivery models
- Strong understanding of cost planning, construction methodologies, and market dynamics
- Proven ability to lead complex estimates and contribute to strategic project development
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with Alliance, Progressive Design-Build, or similar integrated delivery models is a strong asset
