Clarity is seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of a global learning management system and several concurrent enterprise learning initiatives. This consultant will work as an extension of the internal Learning & Development team, with a primary focus on content loading, LMS configuration, learner assignments, reporting, troubleshooting, and program rollout support. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, detail-oriented LMS professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple learning launches at the same time.

Duration: 6+ months Hours: 40 hours/week, ET Location: 3 days/week on-site in Toronto, Ontario

Experience Required

Hands-on experience administering a corporate learning management system, including content loading, LMS configuration, learner assignments, troubleshooting, and reporting. Strong experience with SuccessFactors Learning is required. Experience configuring mandatory training, completion requirements, due dates, learner audiences, assignment profiles, and recurring learning campaigns. Experience loading, testing, and maintaining eLearning, instructor-led training, and other learning content within an LMS. Ability to support multilingual and global learning programs. The consultant will help administer training across eight core languages. Experience supporting multiple concurrent enterprise learning initiatives, launches, and deadlines. Experience producing and supporting standard LMS reports, including assignment, completion, and compliance reporting. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve LMS configuration, content, access, and learner assignment issues. Experience with Pluralsight, Percipio, or Alchemy is helpful but not required. Ability to collaborate effectively with Learning & Development, Shared Services, technology teams, program owners, and global stakeholders. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
