Those in international tax at PwC will provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions. Your work will involve analysing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimise tax efficiency and minimise risks for multinational businesses.

You’ll be joining a firm that’s invested in your success from day one. As a new Associate, you’ll benefit from PwC Canada’s US CPA support program, which includes paid study days, reimbursement for exam materials, and coaching to help you succeed in your US designation journey. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with our digital tax tools and participate in our national upskilling program, designed to help you build future-ready capabilities in data, technology, and business acumen. Working with a broad range of clients, including public and private middle market, and large multinational companies, you'll be providing US corporate tax services to Canadian-owned US businesses.

What you’ll bring to this role:

Enrolled in post-secondary education and working to obtain the US CPA required prerequisite courses

An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas

Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills; an ability to think broadly and to ask questions about data, facts and other information to deliver quality to our clients

Share and collaborate effectively with others, building relationships which are genuine and rooted in trust

Ability to easily adapt and prioritize, demonstrating project management skills to handle changing priorities
