What you’ll do:

As the Gas Bar Manager, you will lead the overall operations of the gas bar, convenience store, and cardlock, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and delivers a strong customer experience. 

• Oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and site readiness
• Manage fuel pricing, inventory, and ordering while monitoring performance
• Accountable for sales, margins, expenses, and inventory through budgeting and reporting
• Recruit, train, and coach team members to meet operational and service standards
• Ensure a consistent customer experience and address escalated concerns
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Who you are: 

You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:

• You have a high school diploma (post-secondary education is considered an asset) 
• You have 3+ years of experience in a convenience store or similar retail environment 
• Supervisory or leadership experience
• You bring strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment 
• You are committed to safety, compliance, and delivering excellent customer service
• You can work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
• You can meet the physical demands of the role including lifting up to 25kg
