We’re looking for an Account Manager to join us at MediaValet.
This role is open to candidates across Canada, with a preference for PST or EST time zones, though we remain flexible for the right candidate. The Role As an Account Manager at MediaValet, you’ll be a trusted partner to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our DAM platform. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, provide day-to-day support, and identify opportunities to deepen relationships. Your role is critical to driving customer satisfaction and retention, while contributing to MediaValet’s overall success. Reporting to Manager, Account Management, you’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, maintaining an understanding of their goals and ensuring successful use of MediaValet’s platform.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building trust and fostering long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional MediaValet features or services that align with customer needs.
- Assist with contract renewals and work to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Customer Success, and Product) to address client challenges and deliver solutions.
- Participate in customer-focused initiatives, such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and feedback sessions, to ensure alignment with customer objectives.
- Monitor account health and provide timely support to address any issues or risks.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, or a related role within a SaaS environment.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms is considered an asset, but not required.
- Proven success managing enterprise-level or strategic accounts with multi-stakeholder engagement and high revenue impact.
- Strong expertise in digital asset management DAM), software-as-a-service (SaaS), or adjacent industries is highly preferred.
- Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and presentation skills.
- Experience mentoring or coaching other account managers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Advanced proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent, relevant experience.
Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 CAD / year (+ on-target commissions of 50%of base salary - uncapped)
