Job Description Position Summary: This is a dynamic and multi-faceted role that offers the opportunity to develop a strong internal network with investment professionals, the finance and operations teams, and senior management across Brookfield’s global offices, in addition to building a strong external network through interactions with private fund limited partners.
Opportunity to meaningfully contribute to Brookfield’s flagship Infrastructure strategies, including our inaugural AI Infrastructure fund. The role will be focused on the execution of IR strategies, capital raising for Brookfield’s infrastructure strategies and co-investments, and contributing to strategic initiatives to service Brookfield’s private fund limited partners.
The individual selected will play a critical role in maintaining strong relationships with existing investors and strategically growing Brookfield Infrastructure’s investor base, while being part of a fast-paced and engaging team environment that is at the forefront of infrastructure investing. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain investor materials such as investor presentations, transaction announcements, and internal communications
- Support the quarterly process through the coordination and preparation of investor letters and operational updates, as well as webcasts with private fund investors
- Coordinate investor meetings/roadshows for the senior management team, including preparing presentations and speaking notes
- Provide oversight of the Brookfield Infrastructure Funds investor inquiry inbox, communicating directly with investors and internal stakeholders to fulfill a variety of investor queries
- Play a critical role in co-investments, assisting investors due diligence of investment opportunities
- Support other various investor relations initiatives as required
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience, with an undergraduate university degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
- Strong financial literacy and understanding of key finance concepts including, valuation, financial statement analysis and investment performance measurement
- Superior communication skills (written and oral) and ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally
- Dedicated, well-organized and resourceful, with a high level of attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Team player with positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Interest in the financial markets and investment strategies

Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000
Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
