Responsibilities for Night shift Dispatcher

Your role is to ensure that the appropriate individuals are dispatched to carry out requested duties while maintaining accurate scheduling and payroll. You will handle incoming calls, log service requests, dispatch available guards, and confirm services with clients.

Key responsibilities include

• Answering incoming calls for service.
• Creating and managing service tickets.
• Scheduling employees.
• Dispatching guards by phone.
• Documenting all call-related information.
• Providing support to guards and customers.
• Completing various administrative duties.
• Emailing managers to escalate situations or concerns.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the coordinator, operations, or Account Manager.

Qualifications for Night shift Dispatcher

• High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
• Clear criminal record.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute.
• Fully bilingual in spoken French and English with advanced written proficiency in English (no written French required).
• Willing to work on a rotating schedule.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and comfortable using a variety of computer systems.
• Ability to handle calls and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Previous experience in dispatching scheduling or customer service is considered a strong asset.
