About the role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst. Hands-on experience with Google Customer Engagement Suite (Google CES) is mandatory. Strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation. Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, and functional specifications. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools.
