Basé sur l’Ile de Montréal en télétravail, vous serez responsable de soutenir et conseiller, dans votre territoire, les clients membres d’une mutuelle de prévention en matière de santé et sécurité au travail. Vos actions viseront à identifier les risques présents dans les milieux de travail de vos clients et à proposer des mesures correctives dans un plan d’action, en fonction de la réglementation applicable. Votre travail se déroulera principalement sur la route. Dans le cadre de votre emploi, vous pourrez développer vos aptitudes, vos connaissances et votre expertise dans les champs d’activités suivants : consultation, lois et règlements en matière de santé et sécurité au travail, tarification de la CNESST, etc. En fonction de vos aptitudes et de votre expérience, vous pourriez être amenés à donner de la formation ou à soutenir des clients dans l’implantation de divers programmes en matière de SST. Responsabilités: Visiter les clients membres d’une mutuelle de prévention et promouvoir la santé et la sécurité en milieu de travail; Élaborer les plans d’action en prévention et informer les membres de leurs obligations; Participer à l’atteinte des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs du département de prévention ; Collaborer au développement de marchés et à l’atteinte des résultats budgétaires en proposant les produits et services de l’organisation. Pour réussir dans ce rôle, les qualifications et compétences suivantes sont requises : Bilinguisme (anglais et français) de niveau professionnel est un atout Détenir un Baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines / relations industrielles ou DEC dans un domaine lié à la fonction (SST, administration, ressources humaines); Avoir 2 à 5 ans d'expérience pertinente en santé et sécurité au travail Démontrer un niveau de polyvalence, de connaissance et d’autonomie pour intervenir dans des dossiers ou des situations variées et complexes touchant les différentes sphères d’activités de la santé et la sécurité ; Posséder d’excellentes habiletés de communication; Avoir accès à une voiture de façon quotidienne et détenir un permis de conduire valide; Avoir un sens de l’organisation développé Une connaissance avancée de l'anglais est requise, car vous serez appelé(e) sur une base régulière à interagir en anglais avec des parties externes (par ex. clients, fournisseurs ou partenaires externes); à interagir en anglais avec des parties internes (par ex. collègues ou parties prenantes) dans le cadre des tâches liées à ce poste dont la portée est nationale. # LI-LD1 #LI-remote A bit about us We’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
